The short version
Fundrafted is a free beta service for running draft leagues. Use it to draft, schedule, and play out seasons with your league. Be decent to the people you play with. We can remove content or accounts that abuse the service. While in beta we make no uptime or data guarantees, though we treat league data with care because we run a league here too.
Your account
You sign in with Google and choose a username. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in to yourself. One account per person: extra accounts made to dodge a suspension, hold extra seats, or vote twice in a league will be removed.
Your leagues and content
What you post is yours: team names, logos, rulesets, replay links, and everything else you bring to a league. By posting it you grant Fundrafted the right to store it and display it, which is what a league site does. League play is public, as described in the Privacy policy: rosters, results, and stats are visible on the open web, like a sports league.
Acceptable use
No harassment, no impersonation, no scraping other people's accounts, no illegal content. Commissioners moderate their own leagues, including who joins and what a ruleset allows. We moderate the site as a whole, and we side with keeping leagues playable for everyone in them.
The service
Fundrafted is free while in beta. Features can change, move, or be rebuilt as the service develops. If a change would delete league data, we will give notice on the site first so leagues have time to finish or export what matters to them.
Ending things
You can stop using Fundrafted at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy policy. On our side, we can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. Where we can, we do it in a way that leaves the rest of the league intact.
Liability
Fundrafted is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us for the service, which is nothing while it is in beta. A missed draft timer or a lost week of stats would hurt us as much as you, but we cannot promise it will never happen.
Changes
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will say so on the site rather than let it slip by quietly. Continuing to use Fundrafted after a change means you accept the new terms.
